Our rates for covered storage with battery charging may be the same or less than you may be paying for open storage so consider protecting your RV from temperature extremes and sun damage.
Phoenix and Valley residents skip the long hill climb North on I-17 and come and look at this great location. Please contact the office manager for site sizes from 20 to 55 feet that may be available--a few are even pull thru for easy entry and exit.

Driving directions from Prescott National Forest to X-tra Space Mayer:
- Take Iron Springs Rd and Williamson Valley Rd to Pioneer Pkwy in Prescott
- Continue on Pioneer Pkwy and drive to AZ-69 S in Mayer
- Turn right onto AZ-69 S
- X-tra Space will be on your right.
