Where are your facilities located?
We have two properties conveniently located in the Mayer, AZ area. Our main office is located at 11010 AZ-69 in Mayer, and our additional storage property is located at 14720 S Stagecoach Trail in Cordes Junction. Both of our facilities are easy to access for residents of Prescott, Dewey, Cordes Lakes, and more!
What are your access hours?
Current tenants can enjoy daily access hours from 6:00AM to 8:00PM at both of our secure, fenced and gated properties.
What are your office hours?
Our office hours are Tuesday to Friday 10:00AM to 5:00PM and Saturdays from 9:00AM to 1:00PM. We are closed on Sundays and Mondays, but you can leave a message for our resident manager anytime at (928) 632-7700.
Do you offer RV, boat, and vehicle storage?
We sure do! We offer hard surface parking spaces for vehicles of all sizes. Our location right off I-17 makes it easy to store large RVs, boats, campers, and more while avoiding city traffic.
Can I pay my bills online?
You can. In fact, we recommend it as the best way to stay up-to-date with your monthly rent. It’s quick, easy and convenient. Want to never miss a payment? Sign up for autopay to have your bill paid automatically at the same time every month.
Do you offer any mailing services?
Yes! We offer mailbox rentals as well as mail forwarding services. Contact our resident manager at (928) 632-7700 to find out more!
What security features do you have?
Our fenced and gated storage properties feature state of the art security cameras, coded access, and a local manager. We strive to offer the most secure self storage in Northern Arizona, so you’ll never have to worry about the safety of your belongings.
