Jason's customer service skills are incomparable. On one occasion early on in our rental relationship I misunderstood something in my contract regarding a discount. If I had been patient and reread it I would have understood, but instead I called Jason and I was really not happy. He never lost his cool. He allowed me to vent and when I was done he apologized for any misunderstanding and then he patiently went over the way the discount works and of course it made perfect sense. After I got off the phone I decided to call him back to apologize because it was inappropriate for me to go into a conversation in frustration.
We rented there for about a year and when we were moving our stuff out this week Jason was fantastic once again proving information about smaller units in the event we may need one if everything wouldn't fit in the trailer. He's just awesome. We would definitely rent there again. Thanks Jason!“
